National Housing Authority (NHA)

Monrovia, Liberia โ€“ The management of the National Housing Authority (NHA) continues to explore opportunities, build connections, and attract partnerships with housing developers from around the world.
One of several promising investment partners is ๐‘น๐‘ฌ๐‘ต๐‘ถ๐‘ฝ๐‘ฌ๐‘ฌ, a UK-USA-owned real estate company specializing in the construction of affordable homes using prefabricated materials and advanced construction technologies.
During their business visit to the NHA on August 7, 2025, the company expressed its readiness to partner with Liberiaโ€™s housing authority to construct modern, affordable homes ranging from two-bedroom to four-bedroom units. They also shared their project designs with NHA management, noting that they are awaiting the next step.
This initiative represents not only a significant step toward addressing the countryโ€™s housing needs but also an important move toward achieving the governmentโ€™s AAID agenda for housing.
On behalf of management, Managing Director Florence Kateka Geegbae highlighted Liberiaโ€™s housing potential, emphasizing the importance and urgency of such investments.
She further assured the visiting investors of the NHAโ€™s commitment to providing land and other necessary resources to ensure the partnership moves into immediate action.
In the coming days, the NHA and RENOVEE will collaborate to finalize project plans and timelines, develop and sign partnership agreements, and commence implementation โ€” with the ultimate goal of delivering affordable homes to Liberians.
The partnership aims to give Liberians greater access to modern, affordable housing while creating jobs and stimulating economic growth in the country.
The NHAโ€™s efforts to attract international investment in housing development demonstrate its strong commitment to meeting Liberiaโ€™s housing needs. This partnership holds the potential to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Liberians by providing them with quality, affordable, and modern homes.
